The Fans First promise.
Curva exists because buying tickets got stacked against fans. So here's exactly what we'll always do, and what we'll never do.
We never sell or resell tickets.
Curva doesn't hold inventory and doesn't take a cut of any ticket. When you buy, you buy from Ticketmaster or the official seller.
Official sale first, every time.
Every alert, reminder and button sends you to the official sale before anywhere else. If a show sells out, we point you to the official options that are left before resale.
No markups. No hidden fees.
Curva never adds a fee to a ticket. Memberships are the only thing we charge for, the price is on the page, and the free plan stays genuinely useful.
No bots, ever.
We will never buy tickets on your behalf with automated software. It breaks the law and the seller's rules, and it's how fans get squeezed out of the queue in the first place.
We never ask for your ticket login or card.
Curva doesn't need your Ticketmaster password or payment details, and we'll never ask for them.
Your data is yours.
Your plans, your people and your memories are private by default. We don't sell what you do on Curva.
No fake urgency.
We'll never say something is selling fast or almost gone unless the official listing says so. Prices and sale times come straight from the official listing.
When we get it wrong, we make it right.
If a reminder is late, a time is wrong or something breaks, tell us. We'll fix it and tell you plainly what happened.
Hold us to it.
