Curva uses the information needed to provide the features you request, keep the service reliable, and give you meaningful control over your account.
Information you provide
Account information may include your name, email address, saved interests, alert criteria, event plans, notification preferences, support requests, and membership status. Passwordless sign-in uses short-lived, one-time email links. Stripe processes membership payments; Curva stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not complete payment-card details.
Activity and personalization
Curva may process event searches, official-provider link activity, Ticket Alert activity, saved plans, and Ask Curva requests to provide and protect those features, enforce membership limits, maintain conversation context, and improve reliability. Curva does not sell personal fan behavior.
Ask Curva and AI processing
Ask Curva sends the information needed for a request to Curva's AI service providers. Current Curva event data is used when available, but AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, ticket barcodes, or other information that is not needed for the question.
Service providers
Curva uses service providers to host the application and database, deliver authentication and notification email, process memberships, provide event information, operate AI features, measure application performance, and support customer relationships. These providers process information for Curva under their own security and service terms. Ticketmaster and other identified ticket providers control their sites, ticket inventory, checkout, and transactions.
Analytics
Curva uses first-party product analytics and Vercel performance tooling to understand feature reliability and usage. Curva does not use advertising trackers in the current service. Essential session technology may be used to keep you signed in and protect requests.
Retention and deletion
Curva keeps account and service information while it is needed to provide the service, protect it, resolve support or billing matters, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary by record type. Deleting your Curva account removes the account and associated saved Curva state supported by the deletion workflow and removes the corresponding HubSpot contact. Curva retains a non-identifying deletion record solely to prevent delayed or repeated synchronization from recreating that contact. Records another provider must keep for its own legal or transaction obligations are governed by that provider.
Your choices
You can change supported notification preferences, pause or remove Ticket Alerts, download supported account data, and permanently delete your account from the Account Center. You can also use the contact page for privacy or account questions. Account deletion cannot be undone.
