Curva helps fans find events, follow legitimate ticket paths, plan event day, and keep private memories in one connected place.
Tickets and alerts
Does Curva sell tickets?
No. Curva does not sell tickets or own inventory. The identified ticket provider controls availability, checkout, payment, ticket issuance, delivery, transfers, and refunds.
Do Ticket Alerts guarantee tickets?
No. Ticket Alerts monitor supported event listings and on-sale status. They do not reserve inventory or guarantee a seat, price, or ticket.
Ask Curva and event planning
What is Ask Curva?
Ask Curva helps fans understand event and ticket options, see what may change, and choose a practical next step.
What if I already have tickets?
Curva remains useful for arrival, transportation, venue guidance, group coordination, event-day information, and the private memories afterward.
Membership billing
How do Curva memberships renew and cancel?
Curva Plus is $8 monthly or $80 annually, and Curva Premier is $18 monthly or $180 annually. Paid memberships renew at the selected cadence until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal, while access continues through the current paid billing period.
Are Curva membership charges refundable?
Paid Curva membership charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or for a billing error, duplicate charge, or another exceptional circumstance approved by Curva. Ordinary cancellation does not include an automatic prorated refund for unused time.
