Clear boundaries for using Curva.
Curva provides event discovery, monitoring, guidance, planning, and membership tools. Ticket inventory and ticket checkout remain with the identified provider.
Curva is not the ticket seller
Curva does not own ticket inventory, sell or issue event tickets, process ticket orders, or guarantee seats. When you continue to Ticketmaster or another identified provider, that provider controls availability, pricing, required fees, checkout, delivery, transfers, event changes, and ticket refunds. Review the provider's final terms before purchasing.
Event information can change
Event dates, times, venues, availability, prices, fees, policies, and on-sale status can change. A Curva result or Ticket Alert is informational, not a reservation or guarantee. Confirm material details with the official event, venue, organizer, or ticket provider.
Ask Curva guidance
Ask Curva uses current Curva event data when available and may use AI to explain options and next steps. AI can make mistakes. Ask Curva does not guarantee ticket inventory, exact prices, seats, venue rules, or transaction outcomes; the identified official source controls those details.
Memberships and recurring billing
Curva memberships provide Curva features and usage limits; event tickets are not included. A selected monthly or annual paid membership renews automatically at the disclosed price and cadence until canceled. Stripe processes membership payments through its hosted checkout.
Cancellation and access
A paid membership can be managed through Curva's Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period: access continues through that paid-through date, renewal stops, and the account then returns to Curva Free limits through normal billing reconciliation.
Refunds
Ticket-order refunds are controlled by the ticket provider, not Curva. Paid Curva membership charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or another exceptional circumstance approved by Curva. Ordinary cancellation does not provide an automatic prorated refund for unused time. Cancellation stops future renewals, while paid membership access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by Curva.
Responsible use
Do not misuse Curva, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade membership limits, submit harmful content, or use Curva information in a misleading or unlawful way. Curva may limit access needed to protect users, providers, and the service.
Account and support
You are responsible for access to the email account used for passwordless sign-in. Use the contact page for account, privacy, accessibility, or membership questions. Curva does not promise a specific response time.
